Villa Beatrice: Countryside Charm in Ostuni

Cozy villa with garden, equipped with all the comforts to hosts up to 3 people, including parking, equipped patio and outdoor kitchen for eating and enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation. The accommodation is immersed in the peaceful countryside of Ostuni, less than 10 minutes' drive from the center and 15 minutes' drive from the sea. The location close to the provincial road also makes it perfect for reaching the other unmissable places in the area such as Fasano, Alberobello and Locorotondo.

The 85 m2 villa, with independent entrance, has a large garden with outdoor kitchen, small service bathroom, sun loungers and covered patio equipped with table and chairs.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Eat-in kitchen with dining table, split A/C, TV and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, blender, traditional oven and microwave
- Bedroom I with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe
- Bedroom II single bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe
- Toilet with toilet and shower cubicle.

Covered and uncovered parking spaces are available inside the gate.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
- NO A/C in the rooms, split present only in the kitchen
- There are two steps between the car park and the access to the house.
- The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code. Instructions will be provided at check-in.
- The stove in the kitchen is NOT usable.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

After 21.00, check-in directly at the house is available with the following supplements:
- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.

Villa Beatrice is located in Contrada Fumarola of Ostuni, an area immersed in the peaceful Apulian countryside, close to numerous other villas and trulli. We are a short distance from the wonderful Marina di Ostuni, a 20 km long stretch of coast that overlooks a clear sea and is made up of long beaches, sandy coves and low cliffs. The coast also includes Torre San Leonardo, a nature reserve rich in natural habitats, archaeological sites such as the Via Traiana, and farms. In 30 minutes by car you can also reach the protected marine area of ​​Torre Guaceto and the bed of the Morelli River, an area approximately 2 km long located near the beach, with crystal clear sea and seabed that gradually becomes deep. The accommodation is less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Ostuni, where the closest essential services such as bars, supermarkets and pharmacies are also located.

The accommodation can be reached by car and has covered and uncovered parking spaces inside the villa gate.
