Cozy apartment perfect for 2 people, with independent access and located in a shared villa with large garden and shared swimming pool. The accommodation is located in the Specchiaruzzo hamlet of Ostuni surrounded by nature, 300m from the Aqueduct cycle path, and boasts an equipped patio where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. For larger groups, there is the possibility of renting the other accommodation inside Villa Maria "El Mirador", for a total of 4 beds. Parking included!

The 40 sqm accommodation, with independent entrance, is located on the ground floor of a villa (there are 3 steps at the entrance) and is composed as follows:

- Kitchen with dining table, split AC, smart TV and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, moka, fridge and traditional oven
- Bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and clothes hanger in the alcove
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- Patio equipped with umbrella, table and chairs.

The swimming pool shared with the entire villa is open from 15/06 to 15/09 (opening varies depending on weather conditions).

Additional facilities available to guests: uncovered parking space inside the garden, UNLIMITED WIFI, heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

ATTENTION: in the area surrounding the villa there is a bee farm with hives.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ostuni.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Villa Maria is located in the Specchiaruzzo hamlet of Ostuni, a green and quiet area immersed in the nature of the Itria Valley, ideal for enjoying a stay characterized by tranquility and comfort. The accommodation is located just 300 meters from the Apulian Aqueduct Cycle Route, a cycle path that runs alongside the historical conduits of the Aqueduct and offers a suggestive route to discover different landscape scenarios and the industrial archeology heritage. The location is also convenient as a starting point for exploring the wonders of the region: from the accommodation you can easily reach by car, in a few minutes, the main and unmissable places in the area, such as Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Alberobello and Fasano. The sea is less than half an hour's drive away, as is the center of Ostuni. The essential services such as bars, supermarkets and pharmacies are located in Cisternino, 10 minutes away by car.

The accommodation can be reached by car and has parking inside the garden suitable for all cars.
