Villa Poggio Verde with pool: Exclusive Retreat

Magnificent villa with pool, bright and with large outdoor spaces, located in a quiet residential area between Torre a Mare and Noicattaro. Iit comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and is furnished with refined taste. Perfect for those looking for an escape from the daily routine, it offers privacy and total relaxation. The center of Torre a Mare, a lively seaside village full of restaurants, nightlife venues and all services, is just 2 km away. The sea is just 6 minutes away by car!

The villa, with independent access from the street, has a large garden with swimming pool, deckchairs and covered patio equipped with sofas, table and chairs.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- Kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with double sofa bed, sofa, dining table and 40" smart TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, TV and cot for babies
- Bedroom II with two single beds (one of which is extractable) that can be joined into a double bed, desk and wardrobe
- Bedroom III with two single beds (one of which is extractable) that can be joined into a double bed and wardrobe
- Toilet I with wc, bidet and shower
- Toilet II with wc, bidet and shower

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating and air conditioning via vents throughout the house, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
- ATTENTION: there is a surveillance camera in the garden for security reasons.
- There are 7 steps at the entrance door and 5 to access the swimming pool from the outside.
- The pool is open from April 15th to October 15th. It is NOT heated.
- The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.
- No pets, no parties and no barbecues.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Noicattaro Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd

Villa Poggio Verde is located in a quiet residential area between Torre a Mare and Noicattaro. At 1 km (15 minutes on foot or 3 by car) you can easily reach Parchitello, where there are all the essential services: supermarket, grill, pastry shop, pharmacy and a bar. The center of Torre a Mare, where there are nightlife venues, is about 2 km away, just 5 minutes by car. The strategic position allows you to easily reach the ring road junction in a few minutes, to easily reach other locations such as Polignano, Monopoli. The center of Bari can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: the most convenient means of transport is a rental car or taxi (about 30 minutes).

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment can be reached by bus line 569.09, final stop "Noicattaro - Residence il Poggetto" 300 meters from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR:
Follow the following directions -> Take the Torre a Mare exit on the left, follow the residential area. Keep Left. Follow for the "Poggetto". Turn right for "1st cross Poggio Verde". Street parking is free.
