Charming 80 sqm apartment, with mezzanine, for 6 people, located on the 4th floor of a renovated period building. The property is located in the heart of the historic center (Traffic-Restricted Area), between the lively Vucciria market and La Cala (port of Palermo), a few steps from all the main attractions of the city.
The accommodation consists of living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, terrace and balcony.

The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, sofa and access to the terrace (three steps);
- TERRACE with table, chairs, deckchairs and umbrella;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, electric oven, wine glasses, kitchenware and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and chest of drawers;
- LOFT with BEDROOM II with double bed, armchair and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (two splits that cool the living area, kitchen, mezzanine), independent heating, vertical steam iron, washing machine, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift. The elevator reaches the third floor; there is then a flight of stairs to reach the accommodation.

PLEASE NOTE: there are internal stairs to reach the mezzanine; please be careful if you are traveling with children.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
