The apartment is in a very convenient position for moving around La Spezia and for visiting Porto Venere or the Cinque Terre. The apartment consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony.

The 68 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift (5/6 steps to access it).

The space is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, moka, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and dining table;
- BEDROOM I with two single beds, wardrobe, desk, TV and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with three single beds, wardrobe, desk, split A/C, TV and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY (accessible from the bedroom with three single beds).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, tremit split air conditioning (ONLY in the two bedrooms), hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

Description of the area
A few kilometers from the border with Tuscany, La Spezia is one of the unmissable stops in Liguria. The city is located in the center of one of the most beautiful stretches of the Ligurian coast, the Gulf of Poets that enchanted artists and poets. The entire province of La Spezia, squeezed between the sea and the mountains, is characterized by dream beaches, cliffs, villages and natural wonders. La Spezia is also the access point to some of the main Italian wonders, such as the Cinque Terre and Porto Venere, but also has noteworthy attractions in the center. From the bus station in La Spezia you can easily reach the splendid Lerici (attention: Lerici is located in a Restricted Traffic Zone).

- Corso Cavour and Via del Prione (central streets, shopping): 14 minutes on foot;
- Palazzina delle Arti and Museo Lia: 14 minutes on foot;
- Castello San Giorgio: 21 minutes on foot;
- Giardini Pubblici: 21 minutes on foot;
- Porto: 42 minutes by public transport;
- Cattedrale di Cristo Re: 30 minutes on foot.

- Cinque Terre (in decreasing order of distance from La Spezia: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Rio Maggiore): 36 minutes by train to Monterosso al Mare;
- Porto Venere: 24 minutes by car.

Getting around
- From Pisa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Pisamover shuttle from the airport to Pisa Central Station, from where you need to take the regional train 18361 to La Spezia Centrale Station, a 7-minute walk from the apartment;

- From La Spezia Centrale Station, you can reach the apartment comfortably on foot in 8 minutes;

- For those traveling by car, there are both free and paid street parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the property.
