Cozy apartment of about 75 sqm, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift. The property is located in the center of Palermo, in a restricted traffic zone, a few steps from the Cathedral and the Normans' Palace.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom and two small balconies.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge with freezer, pod coffee machine, kettle, electric oven, toaster and kitchenware), dining table, sofa bed (for a guest only), flat-screen TV and small balcony;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and small balcony;
- BEDROOM II with double bed and clothes hanger;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (split in the living room and bedroom I), washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, in an area characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies). In a few minutes on foot it is possible to reach some of the main points of interest in the city, such as Piazza Pretoria, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, the Church of San Cataldo and Piazza dei Quattro Canti.

- Cathedral: 2 minutes on foot;
- Norman Palace: 6 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Quattro Canti: 8 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Pretoria: 9 minutes on foot;
- Churches of Martorana and San Cataldo: 10 minutes on foot;
- Mondello beach: about 30 minutes by car.

- Trattoria Bersagliere (restaurant): 4 minutes on foot;
- Ballarò Market: 6 minutes on foot;
- Todis (supermarket): 11 minutes on foot.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines which arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 15 minutes.

- The property is located inside the city center restricted traffic area (PLEASE, pay attention to the accesses); if you're travelling by car, it is possible to park at Pagano garage in Piazzetta del Parlatoio 6 (10 minutes away from the flat by foot).
