Modern 28 sqm studio located 5 minutes walk from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II di Savoia. The accommodation is on the fifth floor of a building with elevator (not suitable for disabled people), perfect for 2 people.
The accommodation is located a few steps from the stop MM Manzoni (2 minutes walk), in two stops you can reach the central station of Rome Termini.
The property consists of a single well-organized space with double bed, kitchenette, dining area and bathroom.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with double bed (140x190 cm), SMART TV, dining table with chairs and split inverter;
- KITCHENETTE with electric hob (2 plates), fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split inverter, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, mosquito net.

Please note the presence of a step to access the bathroom.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Rome Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
