The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, and kitchen utensils), a one-and-a-half size sofa bed, dining table, and TV;
- BEDROOM with a double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, sink, and WC.

FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

- From Porta Susa Station, you can walk to the "Inghilterra Cap." stop (5 minutes on foot) and take bus no. 60 to the "Umbria" stop, approximately a 3-minute walk from the property.

- From Porta Nuova Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 67 to the "Umbria" stop, approximately a 3-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included. However, you can park for free on the street (white lines - NOT guaranteed) or at the paid parking garage "Autorimessa Pinelli," about a 6-minute walk from the property.
