Located on the second floor with elevator of a modern building, this 50 square meter apartment is ideal for a couple who want a quiet place but close to cafes, restaurants, shops and a few steps from the historic center of the Walled City.
Open kitchen, a full bathroom, a double bedroom, 2 balconies.

The apartment is organized as follows:

-LIVING ROOM with French sofa bed, TV and kitchenette with gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer. Access to the balcony

-BEDROOM with double bed. Access to the second balcony

-BATHROOM with toilet, sink, bathtub, washing machine

Additional services available to guests: WIFI, independent heating, air conditioning, 32'' Smart TV.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Como Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Check in is available from 4pm.

Unfortunately it is not possible to arrange an early check in.
We can allow a check in before 4pm only if the apartment is available on time and in any case not before 1pm.
If you wish to check in before 1pm, or the certainty of an early check in, you must make a reservation from the night before your arrival.

Check in is flexible and therefore possible at any time after 4pm: however we warn you that no assistance, not even by telephone, is provided after 8pm.

During the stay we leave guests their privacy and no in-person interaction is expected.

Every day, from 9am to 8pm, we are available to answer your questions via Airbnb messaging.
If you want to be independent, you can find all the instructions relating to the apartment and our Guide on the Airbnb portal. More information will be available in the accommodation.

Night-time assistance is NEVER provided, from 8pm to 9am. For emergencies you can contact Airbnb Customer Service or the emergency numbers (112).

If you have to leave the apartment at night, for any reason, please follow the check out rules scrupulously.
We will then be able to assist you for the post-stay starting from the following morning, 9 am.

Check out is strictly no later than 10 am.
Our cleaning staff is authorized to enter the apartment with their own keys starting from 10 am on the day of check out. Please respect their working hours.
We ask you to prepare in advance and follow the check out instructions in the appropriate section of our announcement.

Unfortunately, this apartment cannot offer on-site luggage storage. You can organize yourself with the services in the city: The Cafe at the Como San Giovanni station, network of shops and activities available on Radical Storage.
