We are in the Ligurian hinterland, the village is called Castelvittorio, surrounded by olive groves and a few minutes from the sea. For those looking for something alternative to the usual beach and passionate about nature and history, the ideal place!
The space
Apartment of approximately 70 m2 is located on the second and third floors of a characteristic medieval building NOT equipped with a lift (PLEASE NOTE there are internal stairs). The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, relaxation corner and dining area.
- KITCHEN with hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, oven, kitchen utensils.
- BEDROOM I with a double bed and a bridge wardrobe.
- BEDROOM II with two single beds.
- BEDROOM III with a double bed.
- TWO BATHROOMS both with shower, sink, bidet and WC.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We use this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Imperia Climate Zone C: 9 hours daily from 22 November to 23 March.
Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the property and involve a supplement as follows:
