The property is located in the charming Santa Rita district, just a short walk from the homonymous sanctuary and the Olympic Stadium. The area is also fully serviced and well connected to Turin’s city centre.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, one bedroom, and one bathroom.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, 42-inch flat-screen TV, and balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, single sofa bed, wardrobe, desk, and balcony;
- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, toilet, sink, and bidet.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, fans, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer, and washing machine.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in the Santa Rita district, a very quiet yet strategic residential area. The neighbourhood is rich in shops, cafés, local markets, and is well connected by public transport.
Within a short distance you will also find Parco Rignon, with the historic Villa Amoretti and its library, as well as the Church of Santa Rita da Cascia, a landmark of the district.
The area is further enhanced by the presence of major sports and event venues such as the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino and the Pala Alpitour, both comfortably reachable on foot.
Thanks to the many bus lines and the metro, you can easily reach Turin’s city centre, the cultural and historic heart of the city.

- From Porta Susa Train Station: You can reach the apartment by taking bus 55 to the Siracusa stop, which is a 7-minute walk from the apartment;
