The space
The 55 m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled).

The internal space is organized as follows:
LIVING ROOM with a relaxation corner, a dining area and a double sofa bed;
KITCHEN equipped with hob, fridge with freezer, traditional and microwave oven, kettle, moka coffee maker and various kitchen utensils;
BEDROOM with a double bed and wardrobe;
BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink and WC.
BALCONY

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: 2 TVs, fan, central heating with thermovalves, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer.
Guest access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Rapallo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 10 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

The city of Rapallo is located in the western part of the Gulf of Tigullio, and is also known for its seafront and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Montallegro. The defensive castle of Rapallo overlooks the Ligurian sea and is surrounded by small beaches, bordered by the fabulous Lungomare Vittorio Veneto. Don't miss the only one of the five remaining gates of the ancient "walled village", the "Porta delle Saline", which overlooks the sea and houses the baroque altar with the Madonna of Montallegro.

The train station is located about 1 km from the apartment (approximately 12 minutes on foot).
The center and the beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
