In a medieval village, Nesso, a few steps from the lake, there is this accommodation with a splendid lake view!
The house is located in a convenient area due to the presence of free street parking (free and with a parking disc, not guaranteed), food shops, restaurants-pizzerias, pharmacy and ATMs.
It is also possible to find nearby bus and boat stops for Como or Bellagio. All services are within walking distance.

The 39 m2 accommodation, with a stunning lake view, is a mezzanine studio apartment with exposed beams which is accessed via two different entrances.
The accommodation is on the third floor without lift.
The first level measures 28 square meters, and includes a living room with kitchenette that can be converted into a sleeping area with the presence of two sofa beds, one double and one single, bathroom with separate shower. Presence of decorative fireplace (not usable).
A spiral staircase leads on the second level to the mezzanine room for accessory use which measures 9 sq m.

The house can accommodate up to 3 people:
- 2 in the double sofa bed
- 1 in the single sofa bed

Equipment: wifi, independent heating, satellite TV, kitchen with 4 gas burners, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, moka coffee maker, electric oven, fixed blade ceiling fan, drying rack.

N.B: Not suitable for customers: disabled and with reduced mobility.
Chance of free parking around 200m far, not easy to find in peak season

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Upon arrival you will be required to pay the tourist tax of € 1.50 per person for overnight stays up to 7 nights from April 1st to October 31st, as requested by the Municipality of Nesso. Children under 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Como Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
