The accommodation consists of a living area, bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

The space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with sofa bed and KITCHEN CORNER (hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table
- BEDROOM with double bed and mosquito net;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle (1 step to access it), bidet and WC;
- BALCONY with table and chairs, accessible from the bedroom.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: washing machine, AC, 65'' Smart TV, wifi maximum limit of 150 GB per month, independent heating, wardrobe, clothesline and hairdryer.

The amount of the tourist tax of € 2 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights is NOT included and must be paid in cash at check-in (ONLY from April 1st to October 31st). For children under the age of 12 the city tax amounts to €1,00 per person per night of stay.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Como Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
