The 30sqm apartment consists of a single room equipped with all the main comforts. It is located on the first floor of a building with NO lift and consists of a kitchen / dining area and a sleeping area. The kitchenette is equipped with induction hob, traditional oven and microwave, fridge, freezer. Queen bed and sofa bed that can be opened into a single bed in the sleeping area. Bathroom with toilet, bidet, washing machine and shower cubicle. Additional services available to guests: unlimited WIFI, split A / C which also acts as a heat pump for the winter.

The apartment is located in the ZTL area, access by car at the house is not allowed. Paid parking on Via Messina and Via Bertini.
IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

The district is one of the most interesting in Milan. Close to Chinatown but in a quiet part, it is located in a very convenient position respect to the historical center, which can be reached by public transport or by walk. There are several excellent restaurants for every type of budget, pizzerias and places to have an evening aperitif and meet local people. Supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, pastry shops, banks are all really very close.
About 300 meters away from the house you will also find one of the best supplied city markets in the city which takes place every Tuesday and Saturday. The Sempione Park is reachable with a 10/15 minute walk.
The area is really pleasant to live and functional for anyone wishing to visit the countless wonders of Milan. Surrounded by every type of places, ready to serve you at any time of the day, you are a stone's throw from the Monumental Cemetery, where rest points of reference in our history, such as Alessandro Manzoni. Using underground, but also on foot you can reach the Arco della Pace, a monument with majestic architecture and a curtain of the lovely Sempione Park. It is ideal to enjoy a relaxing walk during the summer, crossing the park you will reach Piazza Castello: here, you will see the figure of our Castello Sforzesco predominating the area, now home to several exhibitions and museums. If you continue to walk you arrive to Via Dante which leads to the symbol of Milan: the Duomo!
The apartment is in a privileged position just a few steps from the historic center of Milan, the green Parco Sempione and immersed in the nightlife of Via Procaccini and Corso Como.
Its a strategic point for transport connections, situated just a few minutes walk (5 min) to the M5 metro line (Gerusalemme) and then you can take the M1 and M2 line to the Duomo, as well as the tramway lines 10, 14 and 12 (via Procaccini ). All this makes it an optimal starting point to reach the center (DUOMO E QUADRILATERO) in less than 15 minutes and the fair pavillions such as Fieramilanocity and Fieramilano in Rho in very short time (10/15 min), also you can arrive directly with Tram 10 to the Navigli area . Brera district is only 20 minutes walk (3 km).
