ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent air conditioning and heating (each room is equipped with a fan coil with a heat pump for the winter and summer air conditioning, activated according to current regulations)

Equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
The kitchen is equipped only for heating and preparing a light breakfast.
Laundry: washing machine, dryer, washbasin and toilet.

-From Roma Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the 520 bus line to Cinecittà, getting off at "Tuscolana / Cinecittà" stop (9 stops), where it is possible to take the underground line A, stop "Repubblica" ( 15 stops), located 500m from the property.

-From Rome Termini Station you can reach the apartment on foot in 12 minutes, or it is possible to take one of the multiple bus lines (including the 38 / 66/82/90/92) which stop a few meters from the property.

-If you are traveling by car, please note that the closest paid parking,
is the Super Garage, a few meters from the property on the same street (A. Salandra n.12). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee in the streets surrounding the property (blue lines).

-To visit the city: it is possible to choose between two underground stops near the apartment "Repubblica" and "Barberini" (respectively 450 and 600 meters), or the multiple buses, such as numbers 60, 61 or 82, which stop a few steps away from the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
