The internal space
The 100 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of an Art Nouveau building WITHOUT a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people).

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- Private PATIO with canopy.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning via split (3 splits in total), washing machine/dryer, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

The property has a carport with a shed on site, also suitable for SUVs.

Guests' access

Description of the area
The apartment is located in San Salvario, a quiet neighborhood but convenient for all services, it is a 10-minute walk from Porta Nuova station and only 27 minutes walk from the center.
San Salvario is known for its lively and dynamic atmosphere. By day, the neighborhood is characterized by a mix of residences, shops, markets and commercial activities. In the evening, it transforms into one of the main points of reference for Turin's nightlife, with numerous bars, restaurants, clubs and venues offering a variety of cuisines and musical styles.
The neighborhood features a mix of historic and modern buildings. Just a 6-minute walk from the accommodation is the Parco del Valentino, a large urban park that houses the Valentino Castle, one of the UNESCO heritage sites, and the Medieval Village. The Piazza Madama Cristina market is located in the neighborhood, an open-air market where you can find fresh products and various items.
San Salvario perfectly reflects the diversity and dynamism of Turin. It is a place where tradition and modernity meet, creating a unique and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Furthermore, in just 14 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Carlo Felice and Via Roma, and from there take the porticoes which in a single walk run alongside the most beautiful streets and squares of the city, until you reach Piazza Vittorio crossing the splendid Via Po, defined as "Regina viarum", being the widest street in Turin at the time of its construction. In the opposite direction, a 25-minute walk takes you to the GAM - Galleria Civica Moderna.

- From Porta Susa station: in 19 minutes with tram line 15 (final stop D'azeglio, located 4 minutes walk from the accommodation).

- From Caselle Airport: you can use the shuttle which leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova station or take a taxi, reaching the apartment in just 34 minutes.

- The apartment is located outside the Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL in Italian) and can be reached by car. PLEASE NOTE. The property has a private parking space covered by a roof, also suitable for SUVs.
