Nice apartment of approximately 70 m2 located in Corso degli Inglesi, a few steps from the Casino. The accommodation has been totally renovated and furnished with all comforts for guests and is ideal for 4 people. The apartment is located on the first floor on the Corso Inglesi side but facing south where it is a fourth floor and therefore enjoys a view of the center of Sanremo with the Church of San Siro in the foreground and a sea view. The view is very pleasant and open!
The space
The accommodation of approximately 75 m2 is located on the first floor of a lovely building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people, please note the presence of stairs at the entrance). The internal space is composed as follows:

- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules and kitchen utensils.
- LIVING AREA with relaxation corner, sofa and dining area.
- BEDROOM I with double bed.
- BEDROOM II with a double sofa bed.
- BATHROOM with toilet, sink, bidet and shower.
- BALCONY furnished with table, chairs and a bench.

Additional services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (2 split), TV, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The entireapartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo 1.5 eur per night per person for the first 15 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th.
