Beautiful historic trullo with suggestive architecture and stone interiors, which in 180 sqm accommodates 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large rear garden with outdoor dining area and sofas for relaxing. The accommodation is located on the immediate outskirts of Locorotondo, where it is possible to enjoy holidays in total relaxation by exploring the surroundings by car, and overlooks a small square set up with a hammock, games for children and benches. Street parking is free.

The 180 mq accommodation is located on the ground floor of a trulli complex: it should be noted that there are internal steps to access bedrooms I and II + two steps to exit into the garden.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher and traditional oven
- DINING AREA with dining table
- LIVING AREA with sofas and TV
- BEDROOM I with double bed, single bed, TV, chest of drawers, wardrobe in the wall and internal bathroom (one step to access it) equipped with wc and bidet
- BEDROOM II with double bed, desk, wardrobe in the wall and internal bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower
- BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower.

In the large garden there is a dining area with table and chairs x8 (sheltered by the shade of a large secular tree), tables, chairs, sitting area and deck chairs.
ATTENTION: there is an external staircase that leads to the roof, be careful if traveling with small children.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, autonomous heating, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

N.B.: the fireplace in the living room does NOT work.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

Among the most beautiful villages in Italy, Locorotondo owes its name to the characteristic circular shape of the historic center, consisting of pretty white little houses, with the typical "cummerse" roof, alternating with elegant historic buildings. The flat is a five-minute walk from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and the large nineteenth-century pillars of the ancient Porta Napoli, where you can begin the path that will lead you to discover the wonders of the city: among the many, the seventeenth-century Palazzo Comunale, the sumptuous baroque Morelli Palace, the countless churches. Do not miss a visit to the Clock Tower, from whose panoramic terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view over the whole Itria Valley: a suggestive expanse of Trulli scattered around the districts, ancient farms surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean woodland spots that will enchant you. Do not miss a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous all over the world for its Trulli, and Martina Franca, enchanting with its maze of narrow streets lined with white houses.

Locorotondo is also a stop on the "Strada del Vino Doc", a route that touches various historical centers of the region, as it is the home of an excellent white wine that you can taste in one of the many restaurants in the city, available in the immediate vicinity of the flat along with bars, supermarkets and pharmacies. And, to conclude, don't forget to try all the typical dishes!
