Bright apartment of 79 sqm on two levels, for 5 people, on the 2nd floor of a building WITHOUT lift.
The property is located in Oriago di Mira, a hamlet of Mira, characterised by the lovely landscape along the river Brenta, a mix of history, nature and architecture; an ideal stay for walks and cultural visits.
The flat is on two levels: on the first level there is a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom; on the second level there is an under roof (access via stairs) with a sofabed.

The apartment is on two levels, there is an internal staircase leading from the living room to the under roof (BEDROOM 3).

The interior space is organised as follows:
FIRST LEVEL
- LIVING ROOM with two sofas, table with chairs, TV, access to BEDROOM 3 in the under roof;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, chest of drawers and bedside tables;
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, bedside tables, clothes stand;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;

SECOND LEVEL
- BEDROOM 3 with single sofa bed, TV and split A/C.

FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, air conditioning (1 split in BEDROOM 3; 1 split in the corridor), hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

ATTENTION:
- the bedroom in the under roof has no door and is not acoustically isolated from the rest of the house;
- the apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT lift (stairs to access it).

Oriago di Mira is a quiet hamlet in the municipality of Mira, in the province of Venice. The centre of Oriago, with its quiet streets, is surrounded by greenery, ideal for walks and cultural visits.

- From Venice Marco Polo airport you can reach the flat by taxi (22 minutes) or take bus 35 to the ‘Mestre Teatro Corso/BNL’ stop and then change to bus 53E from the ‘Corso del Popolo Mestrina’ stop to the ‘Oriago Sommo’ stop, a 4-minute walk from the flat.

- From Venice Santa Lucia railway station you can take bus 35 from the ‘Piazzale Roma CORSIA B7’ stop to the ‘Oriago Sommo’ stop, a 4-minute walk from the flat.

- If you are travelling by car, you can park free of charge (NOT GUARANTEED) in the streets adjacent to the property or on blue lines (for a fee).
