Villa Hannah in the hills with panoramic views

Enchanting and spacious villa on two levels, which in 125 sqm accommodates up to 5 guests with great comfort, being equipped with every type of comfort: two bedrooms and three bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub, large private garden with barbecue and pizza oven, fireplace and a parking space. The house is located in the green and peaceful hamlet of Castel Rigone di Passignano sul Trasimeno, on a hill of about 700 meters which offers wonderful view of the Umbrian hills and Lake Trasimeno.

The internal space is divided into two levels: pay attention to the stairs if you are traveling with small children.

- Kitchen equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, traditional oven and microwave
- Living area with dining table and fireplace
- Living room with double sofa bed and 48" TV
- Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box

** First floor **
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, small terrace and en-suite bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower box
- Bedroom II with two single beds (one of which is on the mezzanine level), wardrobe and desk
- Bathroom with wc, bidet and Jacuzzi tub (an internal step is noted)

The large garden has a patio porch and is equipped with table and chairs, a bench, an oven, a barbecue, four deck chairs.

Additional facilities available for the guests: uncovered internal parking space, independent heating, fans, video intercom, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

N.B.: the keys to the front door are located in a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

The tourist tax of 1.50 euros per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Passignano sul Trasimeno. Children under 14 are exempt.

Passignano sul Trasimeno is an enchanting village that rises on the shores of the homonymous lake, rich in history dating back to the Etruscan and Roman periods. From the lakeside you can reach the historic center through the alleys that climb up a hill until you reach the Rocca, the highest point of the village that offers a breathtaking view of the lake. The location is also ideal for visiting the beautiful neighboring towns: Monte del Lago, Castiglione del Lago with the suggestive Palazzo della Corgna, Panicale, Paciano, just to name a few. Also within easy reach are Cortona and Montepulciano, as well as Perugia and Assisi, located a short distance away.
The accommodation is located in the quiet and green hamlet of Castel Rigone, a 15-minute drive from the historic center and the Caloni beach. Essential services such as bars, chemists and groceries are 500 meters away.

The most convenient way to reach the property and visit the surroundings is by car. You can hire one at the airport. The accommodation has an internal uncovered parking space.
