Roomy 70 sqm apartment located on two levels, ground floor and first floor, able to accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation is located within the Torre Saracena village, in Salento, equipped with all essential services, including bars, restaurants and groceries.
The property consists of two bedrooms with balcony and terrace, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and private garden. In addition, there is a closed veranda with a second spacious kitchen inside.

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV and split A/C;
- KITCHEN I with gas hob, fridge, oven and kitchenware;
- BATHROOM I with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and wc;
- KITCHEN II (veranda) with gas hob, fridge, washing machine, dining table, chairs, moka and kitchenware.

FIRST FLOOR
- BEDROOM I with queen-size bed, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the terrace;
- BATHROOM II with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and wc.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The keys to the entrance door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

After 9:30 pm, check-in directly in the apartment is available with the following supplements:

- From 11:00 pm to 12:00 am - EUR 30.00
- From 12:00 am to 1:30 am - EUR 40.00

The tourist tax due to the Municipality of Melendugno will be requested in cash upon arrival and amounts to EUR 1.50.

- From Brindisi Airport, we recommend renting a car, which will allow you to reach the apartment in about an hour. Alternatively, you can take the PUGLIAIRBUS service to Lecce, which takes about 2 and a half hours, and then continue by bus to the "Viale dei Palmizi (Vesuvio)" stop, about 10 minutes on foot from the property.

- From Lecce Train Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the bus from the "Lecce - Viale Gallipoli" stop to the "Viale dei Palmizi (Vesuvio)" stop, about 10 minutes on foot from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, you can park on the street for free.
